The Afghanistan man, who was leaked by the UK by a mistake in violation of the major data, was detained in Pakistan to deport with his family in Pakistan, his son told the BBC.
The BBC saw a document that seemed to confirm that the person was part of the Afghan special forces who worked with the British of Afghanistan, known as Triple.
As Pakistan continues to exile the driving force to remove the word “illegal foreigners” from his country, there is a threat of deportation.
But the son of Afghanistan’s man is concerned that their events will be killed by their father’s triple association, just as their events are expelled to Afghanistan.
The Taliban government insisted that all the Afghans could “living in the country without any fear.” However, the UN report, titled “No Safe HAVEN,” published last month, questioned their guarantee of general pardons.
The man and his family were initially applied to the British Afghanistan and ARAP. This was established shortly after Taliban returned to power in August 2021, and was established to migrate and protect the Afghans who worked with the British government in the British and Afghanistan.
The family was waiting for the final decision of the Pakistan authorities approved last year when the Pakistan authorities came to take them to take them.
Rayan, the son of the man, who is changing for safety, said he hid in the BBC’s hotel toilet in the capital of Islamabad and did not return when several families were taken to the camp.
“Some of our families are only children, the youngest is only eight months, and we have pleaded with the police to leave them.”
His brother later called the camp and announced that the officials would be expelled, Rayan added.
“My brother was stored in a room with about 90 people, and was turned off and separated,” Rayan said. “I’m so scared that they will suddenly be deported.”
Rayan explained that the family has been in Limbo in Pakistan since the family recorded biometric recognition since October 2024.
But they are still waiting.
“We’re just waiting without explanation. They told us to keep waiting, but now it’s too late.”
The Department of Defense said he did not mention individual cases. “We are doing our best to fully respect our promises to all eligible people who pass related checks for relocation.”
This situation is more concerned by the fact that the family’s details are one of almost 19,000 Afghans who applied for a British reset that was accidentally leaked in February 2022.
Rayan says the police will now come back to detain him, detain his wife and children next, and move to another hotel with the British high -ranking British Ms. Islamabad.
Calvin Bailey, a Labor Party MP that worked with Afghan Triple as commander RAF, told the BBC that the situation was “very angry.” He said Rayan’s father and Triple said, “We are duty and we must get more than minimal protection.”
Bailey added that the government and the British high -ranking officers are not always open but hopes to be engaged behind the stage.
Pakistan has a long -handed record of Afghanistan refugees. But the government said that the Afghans were frustrated by the time it took to move to another country.
Talal Chaudry, the Minister of Home Affairs, Pakistan, told the BBC, “We need to ask the British authorities why they delay this re -settlement.”
“It’s been a few years already,” he said. “How do you think it will affect the exaggerated Pakistanians in England?”
According to the United Nations Immigration Bureau, Pakistan has been returning to Afghanistan since September 2023, when the “illegal foreign repatriation plan” began.
The government has maintained a policy for all illegal foreigners.
According to the UN refugee agency, about 3 million Afghans, including about 600,000 people since the acquisition of the Taliban in 2021, live in Pakistan.
The UNHCR urged Pakistan to “require the return to Afghanistan to Afghanistan to see if it was voluntary, safe and dignified.”
In the midst of the police’s raids and deportation this summer, the UNHCR urged that “the demand for international protection from non -professional profits continued to apply measures to exempt from Afghanistan.”
