Prime Minister Marcel City Olaku Romania resigned, and his Social Democratic Party had to leave the government after the right -wing nationalist candidate won the first round of the presidential election.
George Simion, an EUROSCEPTIC, which promised to rank Romania No. 1, accounted for 40.9%of Sunday votes and is expected to get a leak on May 18.
He will face the Liberal Democratic Party (PSD) candidate NICU ș or DAN.
CIOLACU said to party supporters that the Union did not achieve a goal and said, “We will offer the PSD Guy because there is no trust after the Romanian vote.”
His party only took power in the Pro -EU Union after the December 1 election on December 1, 2024, but with two other groups of George Zion, one group attracted one -third of the voting.
Simion’s victory was greatly led by the public’s frustration of the abolition of the presidential election at the end of last year. On May 18, his success is waiting nervously in KYIV as well as the European capital. He said he wanted the EU of a strong sovereign state.
