  1. Greek Yogurt Marinade: Place yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and half of the Cajun seasoning in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Marinade the chicken thighs, Make sure each piece is evenly coated. Cover the dish and place in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours.
  3. To season the chicken: Remove the chicken from the plate, making sure there is only a thin layer of marinade on each thigh. Season with remaining Cajun seasoning, paprika, and herbs.

  • Air fry thighs in a single layer at 400°F, in batches as needed, for 14 minutes, turning halfway through, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and brown on both sides.

  • Once cooked, cut the remaining lemon half into wedges and serve with the chicken.
