- prepare: Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and remove any loose leaves.
- sauce: In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
