How to make air fryer cauliflower wings
For maximum crunchiness, make sure the cauliflower is almost dry before coating. See recipe card below for printable instructions.

- Make the Honey Sriracha Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Coat cauliflower. It will fry better if you add eggs and flour and shake off the excess. Spray both sides with oil.
- Fry the cauliflower wings with an air fryer. Bake at 380°F for 7 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through. Toss vegetables with honey sriracha until evenly coated.
- garnish Serve with ranch or chimichurri and pickled onions with cilantro, if desired.
Air Fryer Tips
- use Use perforated parchment paper to simplify cleanup and prevent sticking, which can be a mess here. When you’re done, just throw it away.
- Don’t fill the basket too full. Arrange the wings in a single layer to prevent steaming. Cook in 2 to 3 batches, depending on the size of your machine.
Do you need an air fryer? My favorite air fryer is this 8-quart model. Because it has a lot of capacity and looks pretty even when placed on the counter. I love using it for everything from air frying vegetables to roasting a whole chicken.
