In 2028, Abercrombie & Kent will add a sister ship to the Nile Seray, which is scheduled to debut on the Nile in late 2026. The ship’s name will be revealed in the coming months.
Like the Seray, the sister ship will accommodate 64 passengers in 32 suites with floor-to-ceiling windows. Two suites feature a private balcony with an outdoor spa pool.
The ship has two restaurants, a spa with two treatment rooms, a gym, a top-floor swimming pool and an outdoor bar. All trips are accompanied by Egyptologists.
“This second vessel demonstrates our absolute confidence in the enduring appeal of Egypt and our commitment to setting new standards in Nile sailing,” said Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group. “Having two sister ships of this size allows us to offer more travelers the exceptional experiences that have defined A&K’s presence in Egypt since 1977.”
Amr Badr, A&K’s senior vice president for Egypt and the Middle East, said Egypt is in the midst of a luxury tourism renaissance.
“These new vessels represent not only the expansion of our fleet, but also a deepening of our commitment to Egypt and its people,” Badr said. “The Arab Contractors shipyard’s collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism demonstrates our confidence in Egyptian craftsmanship and our commitment to supporting the local economy.”
