How to Make Apple Cider Roasted Chicken
Marinate chicken in apple cider vinegar, apple cider vinegar and herbs to create a slightly sweet and sour dish. Dijon mustard spread on the chicken midway through grilling adds flavor.


To make it, place chicken, olive oil, apple cider, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic in a large plastic zip-top bag. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
