Apple sued the federal court for wrong advertising on some Apple Intelligence functions claimed by the plaintiff.
The lawsuit, which was submitted to San Jose on Wednesday, pursues class action status and damages on behalf of Apple Intelligence Capable iPhone and other people who purchased other devices. The plaintiff claims that the device owner did not receive the promised Apple Intelligence function.
