It is fast becoming one of the most anticipated food festivals in the region, combining celebrity chefs, beach tastings and large-scale culinary events in one of the Caribbean’s most famous resorts.

Main lineup of famous chefs
The festival showcases an impressive lineup of chefs and cooks every year, and the 2026 edition is no exception.
This year’s lineup includes: Jose Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Rachael Ray, Michael Simon, Antonia Lopasso, Aaron Sanchez, JJ Johnson, Glenn Rolnick, Ian Kittichai, Michael White..
Throughout the week, these chefs host everything from tasting events and cooking demonstrations to curated dinners and late-night parties. The program blends international cuisine with the flavors of the Caribbean, giving visitors the opportunity to sample dishes from a variety of culinary traditions.
Atlantis’ signature event
The five-day festival includes several headline experiences taking place throughout the Atlantis grounds.
One of the biggest events a taste of heavenHosted by Tom Colicchio. Evenings feature live performances by Bahamian music stars, along with beachside tasting stations featuring wines and cocktails from chefs from across the island. KB
Another major event is jerk jamHosted by JJ Johnson and Antonia Lofaso. The celebration of Caribbean grilling highlights jerk seasoned meats and seafood along with beer, wine and cocktails. The night also includes live entertainment. Sugar Ray.
Late night energy arrives. Tacos & TequilaHosted by Michael Symon and Aaron Sanchez. Try creative taco dishes and tequila cocktails; DJ Pauly D I take charge of the music.
The festival concludes as follows: R&B BrunchJJ Johnson will present a brunch menu with cocktails and entertainment. R&B singer Carl Thomas.
