
Avianca returns to one of Latin America’s most important air corridors.
The airline has officially launched daily non-stop service. Caracas and BogotaRestore historic connections between Venezuela and Colombia and re-establish a key gateway for future travel in the region and beyond.
It’s part of what could be Venezuela’s tourism renaissance amid a potential economic opening. This includes American Airlines’ recent announcement that it would resume flights to Venezuela.

With this restart, Avianca is once again offering one-way flights between the two capitals, strengthening connectivity between the two neighboring countries following a comprehensive assessment of operational and aviation safety conditions in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
One day bridge between the two capitals
The restored service will operate daily and provide consistent connectivity year-round for both business and leisure travelers.
The current schedule is as follows:
Depart from Caracas to Bogotá. 12:10 PM and arrives 1:15 PM.
Depart from Bogota to Caracas. 7:40 am and arrives 10:40 AM.
The timing is designed to allow for seamless connections via Bogotá’s El Dorado International Airport, one of the largest and most important hubs in South America (and a really big airport to get around if you’ve ever been there).
With the route fully reintegrated, travelers departing from Caracas can now use: 83 destinations in 28 countriesWe provide services across Avianca’s extensive network covering North America, Central America, the Caribbean, South America and Europe.
Re-establishing historic connections
Avianca has been connecting Venezuela to its route network for more than 60 years, and the Caracas-Bogotá corridor has long served as an important air bridge for families, commerce and tourism between the two countries.
The resumption of daily services marks renewed regional integration and reflects Avianca’s strategy to strengthen its position as a connector across Latin America.

The line is expected to support passenger travel as well as commercial exchanges and tourist flows between the two capitals.
