The festival has grown into one of the Caribbean’s leading culinary gatherings, bringing together a roster of internationally renowned chefs to offer tasting events, dinners and an arts program over a long weekend.
This year’s lineup includes the following returning names: Daniel Boulud At Café Boulud The Bahamas, Marcus Samuelson Marcus Fish + Chop House, scott conant Leora and Dario Cecchini with karna Simeon Hall Jr., Amanda Friday, Manit Chauhan and Alfredo Villanueva. What’s new about this year’s festival is Buddy Valastro, Esther Choi, Claudette Zepeda, Tristen Epps, Nina Compton and Lisa and Chris Vince. In the beverage sector, a mixologist will be participating in the festival. Marv “Mr. Mix” Cunningham and writer Noah Rothbaum.

Rounding out the group is Lisa and Chris VinceHusband and wife team behind acclaimed Jamaican farm-to-table experience Stush in the Bushis known for its sustainable organic farming and gourmet vegetarian meals.
