- Brie: You will need a wheel of brie cheese.
- jam: I used this sugar plum jam in these Brie snacks to keep them festive. Sweet plums with notes of citrus and spice go perfectly with brie cheese. You can use any jam you like!
- nuts: Chop 1/4 cup of pecans or omit them to avoid nuts.
How to Make Brie Bites
Here are step-by-step instructions for making easy baked brie bites with crescent roll dough. See recipe card below for printable instructions.
- crescent dough: Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. If using a roll, pinch the seams together. Cut the dough into 24 squares and place in greased mini muffin tins.
- Assemble the bite: Cut the brie into small pieces and place inside the dough. Top with half a teaspoon each of jam and chopped pecans.
