Batman tells city council not to help ICE at Super Bowl

During a meeting with the Santa Clara City Council, a man dressed as Batman confronted city officials over the presence of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents at the Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium.

He told council members it takes months to prepare for the event and said the city needs to “reaffirm” that city resources are being channeled to the city.

Federal officers are expected to conduct immigration duties during the Feb. 8 game between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots.
