Ben Whittaker seemed to be caring for Liam Cameron’s corner after a storm over the rival by winning the statement on Sunday. Has his celebration justified?
Whittaker replied to his critics in style.
The Olympic silver medalist was accused by his opponent at his first meeting in October.
It stimulated two sharp and concentrated performances from Whittaker, who was greeted by a cheers and booth during the ring walk in Birmingham.
When the opponent was blocked, the animation whimmer rode around the ring at the celebration before attaching the head through the rope while exchanging with Cameron’s trainer Grant Smith.
Whittaker asked SKY SPORTS to SKY SPORTS when he asked if there was a SPAT on Smith, “I all heard my wife.” “But at the end of the day, I worked very hard and emotion came out.
“I glanced like a lion. When a little dribble came out, a little dribble came out.”
Trainer Andy Lee also defended Whittaker’s celebration in his first fight against Cameron and teamed up with the age of 27 ahead of his 27 -year -old night.
“I can’t underestimate what he has experienced in the last few months,” Lee said. “Mentally, the shooting of insults, the fact that he is still here on the ring tonight, could not stand what he had experienced.
“He is still here and performed like that.
“I know that I will not spend time with someone who is not worthy of my time.
“This is the best person you can spend time together. He is an emotional person. He lost control but only natural for the last six to seven months.”
Coldwell: Whittaker disappointed himself
Dave Coldwell criticized Whittaker’s reaction after the fight and suggested that emotions allowed him to make the most.
SKY SPORTS’s Coldwell said, “There is no class, I don’t care if the crowd has called or stops you, or if their men have just beaten and stopped.
“From the beginning, he was completely warned, and he was completely warned. The finish was excellent. He ruined it at the end.
“Grant Smith or Cameron team is involved in it? There is no excuse for it. I get it. I understand when everyone is on you, but you show classes.
“He has gained the best person in the world, showing how Andy Lee is an incredible human being, so he has gained the best person in the world. I understand human feelings, but he thinks he disappoints.”
British and Commonwealth Middleweight Champions Callum Simpson, who publicly welcomed the potential fight with Whittaker, also questioned Whittaker’s actions.
Simpson said in SKY SPORTS, “I have never said something about my life, especially in your hometown.”
“He now showed his true self, and Grant Smith is not eligible for it and has stopped in order.
“You know how many Grant Smith Grant Smith. He is not eligible.”
Nelson: It was a human feeling
Johnny Nelson argued that WHITTAKER could be forgiven for his response that faced the accusation that he had bowed too easily during the conflict of October.
Nelson said, “I have emotions.
“He said, ‘I was not washed. Everything you talked about is completely garbage.’
“Unfortunately, after the victory, he will be criticized. He has finished work. Repeatedly, you saw his face. It broke him. It was a human feeling.”
Whittaker fell into a mixed atmosphere on Sunday night. He delivered a significantly improved performance and started a malicious assault that spells the end of the opponent, shaking Cameron with his right hand.
Nelson said, “Ben Hitaker has done everything right and finished.” It is better to wake up now than 19 fights.
“We had to see it, he expressed dissatisfaction with the silver medal in the Olympics.
“He was under pressure, and we know that he is a talent, but he knows that the pressure is there. He does not have any favor because he sometimes interferes with his mouth. But he loves him or hate him.
