Billionaire businessman Andrej Babis won the Congress in the Czech Republic, but his populist ANO party did not reach a large number.

According to the preliminary results, ANO received less than 35% of the votes and won 80 seats in the 200 -seat house house. It increased from 72 seats four years ago.

Barvis, who has served as prime minister from 2017 to 2021, is expected to lead the talks about forming a new coalition.

Andrej Babis said to support supporters at the ANO headquarters in the suburbs of Prague, “This is a historical success.”

He entered the building with a Bluetooth speaker that blasts the Ricchi e Poveri’s 1981 hit, Sarry Percy Ti AMO, in Italy.

When he accepted the applause, the same song rang across the stage. Former financial ministers, Alena Schillerova, danced along the bit.

“It’s the pinnacle of my political career!” He added that he and his team would try to make the Czech the best place to live in the European Union.

But this election did not cause great surprise, but few people doubted that he would come out at first. There are still many questions.

BABIS has already begun to talk with two small right -wing Europetics Partys that have already passed 5%thresholds. The semi -green transaction driver and the Czech Japanese entrepreneur Tomio Okamura’s freedom and direct democracy (SPD).

Parliamentary mathematics means that both are needed to form a government that enjoys the majority in Congress.

After his acceptance, he said he wanted to be alone rather than creating an official alliance.

ANO will be the most common with the driver. The two sitting in the “pro -chrysanthemum” patriots in Europe, the same European parliament group, and Babis was founded last year with Victor Orban in Hungary and Herbert in Austria.

ANO pledges to share the driver’s misunderstandings about the EU’s emission goal and to revise or reject it.

The two parties are firmly opposed to the Czech furniture, which is having a financial burden on clean energy, and after 2035, the EU’s ban on new gasoline and diesel car sales.

The relationship with SPD can be more difficult.

For the start, the SPD has formed a formal alliance with many fringe partys on the right. Okamura may not be able to completely control the MP in Cokus. It is always a recipe for disasters in united politics.

Babis also categorized a referendum against the EU or NATO membership, which is the main policy priority of SPD.

The ANO leader might have relied greatly on the anti -Ukrainian investigation on the last day of the campaign, and said, “We have disciplined the center of the center to give anything to the Czech mother and give everything to the Ukrainians.

But asking for the deportation of Ukrainian refugees in Okamura will have ears.

However, the Czech military support for Ukrainian war efforts is likely to change significantly in the Barbis administration.

He has already scratched a successful Czech ammunition initiative that has delivered 3.5 million shells to Ukraine since 2022.

Babis argues that it is lacking in transparency, but it says that the Czech government officials who made this plan work correctly because they are not transparent.

According to the initiative, the Czech weapon dealer uses international contacts to procure Ukrainian peels in the global market and have a lot of money from EU and NATO partners. Some producers are in a country related to Russia, but their participation remains private as they signed a contract with the Czech dealer.

The ANO leader wanted to move under the umbrella of NATO instead, and accused the Czech Weapon Dealer on Saturday that it is making a huge benefit in this plan.

But he said he would have no problem in negotiating this issue with President Jellen Ski.

Babis also argued that the Western allies were no longer worrying that the Czech Republic would no longer be a reliable partner of the EU and NATO, so he now seemed to be far from the extreme party.

“Your problem is that you copy a copy of a copy of the Czech journalists.”

“I said 5 times with Trump! I was in the Pentagon. I was in the FBI. I talked with the head of the CIA,” Babis said about his first term.

“We were a very reliable partner.”

“I was prime minister. We were in the government before and had great results.”
