Former Brazilian president, Jair Bolsonaro, is supposed to have begun a coup for Luiz inácio da silva after ruling in the top court of the country.
The five -member panel of the Supreme Court continued to vote unanimously in favor of the trial.
Bolsonaro, a 70 -year -old, denied the prosecution and said he was a victim of “political persecution” to prevent him from running as president in 2026.
The trial can proceed earlier this year. Bolsonaro was able to face prison for several years when he was convicted.
The panel was in charge of determining whether there was enough evidence to put Bolsonaro into the trial.
The first vote on Wednesday was Alexandre de Moraes, a judge leading the panel.
He recommended that seven other former government officials described by Bolsonaro and Attorney General as “Co -Conspons” on January 8, 2023, on January 8, 2023, his supporters would be tried for events leading to the storm of government buildings.
The seven men prosecuted as a co -conspirator are as follows.

Other judges also voted for seven others in the trial with Volson Naro.
US President Donald Trump’s former army captain and praise Bolsonaro dominated Brazil from January 2019 to December 2022.
He lost his presidential election in October 2022 to his left -wing rival Lula.
Bolso Naro never publicly recognized his defeat. Many of his supporters spent several weeks of camping outside the army to convince the army to prevent the oath of Lula, as scheduled for January 1, 2023.

Bolsonaro has always denied the claims designed to motivate politically and to prevent running for the president again.
He is already forbidden to run for office by 2030 to false Brazil’s voting system to be vulnerable to fraud, but he has declared his intention to fight for the second term in 2026.
