“It is a matter of serious concern that requires investigation as to why a foreigner, despite being a qualified medical professional and visiting India on a tourist e-Visa, posted defamatory, scandalous, obscene and inflammatory material against the Prime Minister of India while residing abroad,” the police told the court.
