Destination management company Bushtracks Africa has launched Stimela Trackside Dining, offering fine dining in a restored stationary vintage train carriage in Victoria Falls. The restaurant serves a three-course dinner inspired by local flavors.
Open for dinner on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, this new restaurant complements Bushtracks Africa’s existing rail dining experience, including a train journey to Victoria Falls Bridge. The Bushtracks Express runs on Tuesdays and Fridays on the Zimbabwean side, and the Royal Livingstone Express runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays on the Zambian side, both offering sunset views from the bridge.
Reservations are recommended as seating is limited.
