It’s amazing work. As usual. This time there is none of the usual fancy decorations and settings. A simple presentation space allows you to focus on your ensemble. Layers of pearls around the models’ necks, sexy boots, shallow hats that I wouldn’t wear, draped fabrics, candy-colored smart jackets, and even one of my favorite things about this presentation: a stunning red ensemble. Also check out the two male models shared above. The first one is definitely delicious and not only for the boys. I love the way he styled it. I could disappear into that nice jacket.
The eye motif of the jewelry and Chanel’s new ambassador, Willow Smith!
Everyone was #FrontRow! It’s not a new concept, but the last show I remember having everyone sitting in the front row was Manav Gangwani’s comeback presentation. It’s a laudable attempt by a fashion designer to satisfy everyone’s ego.
From Chanel’s press release:
“…Long rows of pearls are piled like scarves over strict coats and men’s ripper jackets made of wool. Among the boater’s, helmets and riding hats, tweed, felt or leather caps are fastened with straps decorated with Byzantine crosses, pearls or camellias. On the model’s feet are boots with horizontal straps and moccasins with bird heels… . Cat cuffs, emoticon ornaments and bobbin and hanger handbags…
