Last September, Apple launched its latest smartwatches, introducing the Apple Watch Series 10 along with a black variant of the Apple Watch Ultra 2. As with the second-generation Apple Watch SE, each wearable has its pros and cons, but the recent launch of new wearables means there are now more Apple Watch models on the market than ever before, and more deals are available.
But which one should you choose among all these options? Generally speaking, it’s a good idea to buy the latest watch you can afford so you can continue to receive software updates from Apple. The latest update, watchOS 11, was released for Apple Watch Series 6 and later in September, ultimately leaving those with the older Series 4 or Series 5 still behind.
This means that if you choose a watch from the latest (or newer) generation, you’ll get a smartwatch with an updated design, powerful features, and lots of sensors.
Now let’s start trading.
Best Apple Watch Series 10 deals
Apple Watch Series 10 features a larger, wide-angle OLED display with up to 30% more screen real estate. It is thinner and lighter than its predecessor.
Apple Watch Series 10 features a larger, wide-angle OLED display with up to 30% more screen real estate. It is thinner and lighter than its predecessor.
Apple Watch Series 10 represents the latest wearable in Apple’s flagship series lineup. It features a new S10 SiP chip, faster charging, and a wide-angle OLED display that is brighter, larger, and easier to read than the previous model. It also weighs only half the Ultra and is about 30% thinner despite the new 42mm and 46mm sizes. Other upgrades include added depth and water temperature sensors and a new FDA-approved sleep apnea detection feature, the latter also available on the last-generation Series 9 and Ultra 2.
While the improvements are certainly welcome, the Series 10 isn’t all that different from its predecessor, the Series 9. That said, you can already get it on Amazon and Best Buy in the 42mm size with GPS starting at $329 ($70 off), which matches the best price for a wearable to date. The GPS-equipped model is also available in the 46mm variant for $359 ($70 off) at Amazon and Best Buy, while the LTE model is available at Amazon and Best Buy starting at $429 ($70 off).

Best Apple Watch Series 9 deals
The Apple Watch Series 9 features the company’s last-generation S9 processor, paving the way for offline Siri use and Apple’s double-tap gesture. If you have an iPhone 15 or 16, there’s also a second-generation ultra-wideband chip for precise scanning.
Apple Watch Series 9 is a slight upgrade over its predecessor, Apple Watch Series 8. It uses Apple’s S9 SiP processor and a second-generation ultra-wideband chip, but other than that, there are no major differences.
In 2023, Apple launched the Apple Watch Series 9 along with the second-generation Ultra. Apple’s latest S9 SiP chip and second-generation ultra-wideband chip enable onboard Siri processing and precise searches on select iPhone models. It also has a brighter 2,000 nits display and support for Apple’s nifty “double tap” feature. These are two minor additions that the Series 10 also has.
It’s been over a year since the Series 9 launched, but with the release of Apple’s latest watch, specific configurations have become increasingly difficult to find. Luckily, the Series 9 with GPS is on sale starting at $279 (save $150) at Walmart in the 45mm configuration, or $299 (save $100) in the 41mm size at Amazon and Best Buy. There are also a few deals on LTE models with cellular connectivity, but none of them will significantly reduce the current price of the LTE-equipped Series 10 model, so they’re excluded here.

Best Apple Watch SE deals
The latest SE borrows several features from the Series 8, including the same chipset and collision detection, but is a subtle upgrade from the previous generation SE.
Apple’s entry-level wearable represents a minor upgrade over the previous SE, but boasts a faster chipset and gets many watchOS 11 features.
Apple Watch SE was refreshed in late 2022. It’s great that it has the same chipset as the Series 8, but it has fewer sensors, no Always-On display, and has a slightly older design compared to the Series 8 and Series 9. and Series 10. These omissions may prevent this feature from launching for some people, but it may still be what you want. Best of all, the 40mm Wi-Fi/GPS model starts at $249, which is $30 less than the base price of the previous generation. Opting for cellular connectivity bumps the starting price up to $299 for the 40mm size (44mm adds $20 to each configuration).
Currently, the best deals on the latest Apple Watch SE can be found at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, where you can pick up the 40mm model with GPS for $199 ($50 off). Meanwhile, the 44mm configuration is available for $229 ($50 off) at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy. If you want an LTE configuration, the 40mm configuration is currently on sale for $249 ($50 off) at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, or the larger 44mm size is on sale for $279 ($50 off) at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy no see. This is the normal selling price.

Best Apple Watch Ultra 2 deals
The rugged Apple Watch Ultra 2 comes in one size: 49mm. It offers the brightest display in Apple’s lineup along with better battery life and improved performance. Apple’s latest S9 SiP is also included, allowing you to take advantage of Apple’s convenient double-tap feature.
The latest Apple Watch Ultra supports GPS and LTE, just like the original model, and was released in September for $799. The Ultra-powered smartwatch has the most features, sensors, and robustness of any Apple Watch model released to date, and a display that’s 50 percent brighter than the first Ultra. The 49mm smartwatch features Apple’s S9 SiP and second-generation ultra-wideband chip, just like the Apple Watch Series 9, while retaining long-lasting battery life, accurate GPS tracking, and a variety of dive-friendly sensors.
In recent months, the price of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 has dropped to $642 ($157 off) in some configurations. However, it’s currently only sold on Amazon and Best Buy, where the Trail Loop starts at $719.99 (about $79 off) or the Amazon Alpine Loop starts at $759 (about $40 off). You can also purchase the Ocean Band on Amazon starting at $769 ($30 off). That’s about $80 more than the lowest price we’ve seen for an elastomer-equipped model.

Note on premium models
All Apple Watch models and colors covered here are packaged in aluminum (except the Ultra 2, which has titanium construction), but Apple makes a more premium range made of stainless steel and titanium. These products are functionally and aesthetically similar to their aluminum counterparts, but come in slightly more sophisticated colors and finishes. The stainless steel is polished and the titanium is brushed. However, it starts at a much steeper price of $699 and up. This one is also often on sale, but it’s never been discounted as cheaply as the standard base model, so we’re not including it here.
