    Healthy chicken pahita

Husband Tommy is a living creature. Every time we eat at Mexican restaurants, he always orders chicken pahita. When we went to Mexico a few years ago, he would have ordered almost every night! So, of course, this healthy chicken pahita was regularly in my house. We have dinner at least once a month and the whole family enjoys them. (If you like FAJITAS like your husband, but if you want diversity, try spicy breakfast FAJITAS, baked steaks and shrimp FAJITAS!)

The reason why this chicken pahita will be a meal plan

In fact, when I started a date with Tommy, he invited me for dinner and made this chicken pahita! They are fast and tasty and perfect at night. The reason we continue to rebuild them is:

    • It is good for family -friendly and demanding people. Fajitas can be easily dismantled if children like to eat separately! When Madison was young, she liked her Bell Peppers Raw, so I cut it a bit and put them separately for her with chicken and corn.
    • Protein packaging. Chicken breasts are a great source of dry protein, and this pahita is a nutritious and filled meal.
    • variable. Change the toppings, provide chicken pahita as a salad instead of Tortiya, and if you don’t want to launch a grille, cook pahita in a frying pan.
