Chicken Stroganov recipe
My sister likes the hamburger straws of SkinnyTaste Fast and Slow Cookbook, but her daughter doesn’t like beef and inspired her to try it as ground chicken. I originally adjusted the recipe slightly and provided it over egg noodles (it is also good on the baked spaghetti squash). Why I like this recipe
I was surprised to see how much I liked it as a chicken instead of beef because I grew up on beef stroganoff! The reason for working is:
- healthy: My chicken version is much lighter than traditional Stroganoff. It is packed with protein and less than 250 calories.
- easy: This simple chicken strokanov is gathered together quickly, and most of the cooking time is touched while the sauce is boiling.
- Children -friendly: Pasta generally pleases the crowd for children. If they don’t like mushrooms, it’s easy to pick them around them and provide chicken and pasta.

The necessary ingredients

- noodle: If there is no egg noodles, other small pasta shapes, such as Rotini or Fusilli, will work. Or try to keep the carbohydrate low to try with pumpkin noodles or spaghetti squash.
- Gluten Free Stroganov: Use gluten -free noodles and flour.
