
Summer is hot and sometimes you need cool summer snacks. Like a chocolate chip cookie that comes with a cool ice candy cup, this is a summer snack that I make for me! It is a perfect summer dessert with creamy coffee and crispy chocolate chips.
Chocolate chip coffee ice candy without dairy products
This recipe creates four ice candy, so it doesn’t really require a large amount of ingredients. It is perfect when there is a slight brewing coffee to use or some cans of coconut cream. Coffee lovers can definitely double the recipe!
Some recipes require sweet compressed milk or coffee creamers, but both are trying to avoid it. Instead, coconut cream is one of the star ingredients here.
Have you ever opened a coconut milk can and found a thick cream layer at the top? Coconut cream. You can make your own coconut cream or use canned foods without BPA. Using coconut cream, this iced coffee ice peak recipe tastes like frozen coffee latte. tip: If you are not confused with “coconut cream”, sugar is usually added.
In addition to coffee and coconut cream, I would like to add chocolate chips to add crunches, and I would like to add vanilla for taste and small honey for sweeteners. Chocolate tastes more mocha to ice. If you like black coffee, you can reduce the amount of honey or if you like something sweeter, you can increase it.

When creating an ice candy, you can add all kinds of healthy ingredients, such as fresh fruits, healthy coconut milk and probiotics. At the same time, I can remove all the undesirable materials and adjust the sweet level according to my taste.

Coconut cream, coffee, honey, vanilla, and salt are stirred in a small bowl.

- If you have difficulty removing ice from mold, run for a few seconds under warm water.
