
Nalpac is voluntarily recalling DTF Sexual Chocolate purchased and resold after it was found to contain sildenafil and tadalafil.
Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis, respectively, FDA-approved prescription drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction.
FDA approval for Viagra and Cialis is limited to use under the supervision of a qualified health care professional. These undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription medications, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels in individuals using prescription medications that contain nitrates. Nalpac has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
The recalled product is packaged in cases containing 20 retail units. Products can be identified on the product label by UPC 757817783069. This product is available through adult retailers and Shopsexology.com and Royalsins.com.
Consumers and retailers in possession of the product are advised to stop using and selling the product and immediately return it to the place of purchase or dispose of it.
Consumers should contact their physician or health care provider if they experience any problems that may be related to the use of this product.
