Christian Eriksen was left unconscious after collapsing during the friendly match between Denmark and Ukraine.
Video showed Eriksen collapsing in the 65th minute, clutching his chest. The match was stopped.
“Christian Eriksen is conscious and doing well in the situation,” the federation said in a statement about X.
Denmark national team doctor Morten Boesen, who was credited with saving Eriksen’s life after he collapsed in 2021, provided a further update.
“Christian is doing well and left the stadium on his own,” he added. “It seems to me that the pacemaker responded normally.
“He lost consciousness for a moment but regained consciousness very quickly and we made contact with him quickly.
“He will undergo further tests at the hospital to determine the cause of the accident. We are in constant contact with him and doctors at the hospital,” he said.
“But Christian is doing well and has asked me to say hello to all the players and tell them he is okay.”
In 2021, Eriksen collapsed during the European Championship match against Finland in Copenhagen and received life-saving CPR treatment.
He was later fitted with a special heart-starting device known as an implantable pacemaker-defibrillator (ICD).
