How to make a Christmas fruit wreath:

Using a small star cookie cutter, cut out stars from some of the pieces. If desired, sprinkle apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Assemble the fruit wreath. Place the kiwi in a round shape on a large round plate or serving plate. Top with apple slices, sugared grapes, remaining kiwi slices and raspberries to balance the fruit and color. Top with pomegranate arils and garnish with apple stars and mint leaves.
- provide. Serve with a simple yogurt dip, if desired. In the center, I added mint leaves and pomegranates to remind me of holly berries. enjoy!
