Chelsea have agreed terms with Atletico Madrid for Conor Gallagher after the England midfielder rejected a contract extension offer on Wednesday.

Gallagher has rejected a new three-year contract extension (two years plus an option for a year) to stay at Stamford Bridge. He also rejected a contract extension offer in early June.
