Cortage Cheese GNUDI is a soft and pillowed dumplings (like a simple cousin of urine, with a corted cheese instead of traditional Ricotta for extra protein.

Traditionally, GNUDI made of ricotta is soft and delicate dumplings. It tastes like Ravioli and subtracts pasta. This version uses cottage cheese for budget -friendly swaps still provided for flavor and texture. The dumplings are softly boiled until they are soft, and then the favorite sauce is added.
I went with Marinara, but with brown butter and sage or olive oil. Provide them in abundance with vegetarian or protein.

What is the difference between GNUDI and GNOCCHI?

Genockey is a soft dumplings made of potatoes, eggs and flour. Genockey dough is formed of ropes and then cut into 1 inch pieces. I have a few versions on my site, including baked red pepper sauce, pumpkin genocycles, and a classic potato urine with chicken with chicken.
