Surrey scored the highest score in County cricket history on Durham, and Mammoth 820-9 was helped by the tone of DOM SIBLEY’s triple strength and Dan Lawrence, Will Jacks and Sam Curran.
Surrey’s highest total in 180 years was 811 in the elliptical type in 1899, but home batters were torn by Durham’s attack on the first inning of the County Championship.
Former British opener SIBLEY scored 305 in 475 balls, including 29 4 and 2 6.
He joined the other familiar British big partnership, and in the third ticket, he ranked 5th with Lawran (124 balls), 334 Lawrence (178 off 149), 133, and 133 people (119 off 94).
Will Rhodes was 3-131, which was the choice of bowling players for visitors. George Drissell scored 247 runs in 45 over.
SIBLEY is the main run score of the County Championship this year and 975 runs with an average of 75 or more.
Surrey, who has won the title for the past three seasons, has now ranked second in Division ONE, undefeated this season and Durham ranked 6th.
