  • Cheese Tips: Finely chop the cheese from the block. Pre-shredded cheese contains anti-caking agents, which can prevent it from melting smoothly.

How to Make Doritos Casserole

This Doritos casserole has multiple layers that make it as fun to assemble as it is to eat. For a full meal, serve with a simple side salad, Mexican rice, or black beans.

  1. Meat dishes: Place the ground beef in a large skillet and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Cook until no pink remains, separating. Drain out the grease. Add finely chopped onion and finely chopped red pepper to the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes.
