Cuban Americans in Miami are feeling both hope and fear as they watch the United States bring charges against former Cuban President Raul Castro. A similar incident occurred with Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro before his arrest by U.S. forces last January.
The United States has charged the 94-year-old former Cuban leader with conspiracy to murder American nationals and other crimes related to the 1996 shooting down of two planes between Cuba and Florida.
