Melon Oi Salad
When the temperature rises, I long craving to cool, crispy, and moisture, and this cucumber melon salad hits it every time. It is sweet and salty, refreshing and takes a few minutes to throw together. I use a juicy melon, but I can use the combination of honey dew or both. I also add faster peta cheese like cucumbers, white balsamic vinegar, and cream like cream. It is a great side dish that you can enjoy all summer. The necessary ingredients

- Vine Gret: White balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, za’ATAR (mixed with the Middle East spices with Sumac, white flavor, sesame and salt))
- cucumber: Use general or English cucumbers in a fresh crisis.
- melon For sweet and juicy elements
- Peta Cream -like tank. Buy a peta block in the water and cut it into a small cube.
- greens: Use waterproof or baby arugula.

- Make Venezrett: Combine vinegar, oil, salt, za’ATAR (or cumin) and pepper.
- Throw the rest of the ingredients: Throw cucumbers, melons and feta into dressings. The top side with green.

- greens: Use fragrant green, such as wireless bean sprouts or wasabi green.
- Herb: Fresh mint or basil tower.
- vegetable: Add Avocado or Charlotte.

- vinegar: Replace white balsamic with white wine vinegar.
- spices: If you can’t find Za’ATAR, you can mix sesame, white flavor and oregano. Cumin will be good too.
- Extra: Add Proschotto Ribbon, Pistachio, or Honey Drizzle.

- 4 ounces of Peta Cheese are about 1 cup chopped -I bought one of the small blocks and it was perfect. I will not suggest drying in advance. As an alternative, the peta can be mixed with dressing but not visually attractive.
