Antigua and Barbuda Culinary Month returns in May 2026 with a month-long program highlighting local chefs, island ingredients and Caribbean chefs. The series builds on previous editions and highlights community collaboration across hospitality, agriculture and public services to showcase the island’s culinary identity.
Events run throughout the month and include an island-wide Restaurant Week offering three prize tiers, a major industry symposium focusing on food systems and hospitality, and a large-scale public festival combining food, art and drink. A variety of collaborative dinners, beachfront cookouts and pop-up experiences offer a variety of settings for both fine dining and casual island cuisine.
Guest Chef and Mixologist
The initiative features established and emerging chefs from Antigua and Barbuda, as well as the US, UK, Canada and other Caribbean countries. Participating experts include restaurateurs, pastry chefs, mixologists and sommeliers who lead demonstrations, curated dinners and mentorship activities for local culinary talent.
