When asked about the origin of the brand, she recalls her grandmother, who gave it its name. “I have a qualification in psychology and was taking sombreria classes on the side. It had nothing to do with my career at the time. When I was visiting my grandmother in Spain, I spent a lot of time reading letters from her home. I got the idea to create a hat-making class because she was enrolled in a course she had never been able to attend. Hats were her favorite accessory.” With these new ideas in mind, Stephanie returned to Buenos Aires and turned this hobby into her current job and main passion.
