South Africa President Cyril Ramaphosa has published a judicial investigation into allegations of political interference on the prosecution of the infant Lertheate crime.
The announcement comes after 30 years after the end of the white minority rules, and after the deficiency of the relatives of survivors and victims, they sued the Ramabosa government.
Founded in 1996, the Truth and Reconciliation Committee (TRC) discovered the cruelty of the Apa Lert Hate era, such as murder and torture, but some of these cases were rarely entering trials.
According to the president’s statement, Ramabosa announced a new investigation, saying that Ramabosa is “a true fact and a problem is finally brought.”
This survey is the result of the consensus discussion in the high court case brought by 25 families and survivors.
The group, which the government sues the government for $ 9 million (£ 6.8 million), said that after the racism system, the whole government was not properly investigated.
The plaintiff includes one of the anti -Afa Lartheid activist groups known as CRADOCK FOUR, the son of Fort Kalata, who was burned and killed by the security army in 1985.
The murder of four men caused anger throughout the country, and six former police officers eventually confessed their participation in TRC. They were rejected by the committee but did not bring them to court. All six officers died.
For many years, critics have argued that African National Assembly (ANC) ‘s Abbate Leadership formed a secret deal with all white minority governments to prevent prosecution. ANC denied this.
On Wednesday, the presidency admitted that “the allegations of inadequate impacts in delaying or interfering with the investigation and prosecution of crimes in the era of Lert Hate were persisted from the previous administration.”
Inquiries will be announced soon with the timetable.
