

The Scottish government has approved the legal aid application for private prosecution of the infamous football player David Goodwillie for rape.
The Civil Court ruled that GOODWILLIE, who played from the west of the 2017 Scotland League -side Glasgow United, and a former teammate David Robertson rushed to Denise Clair, but no criminal prosecution for the pair was not raised.
Claire is looking for a rare private prosecution to prosecute rather than a crown, but depends on the government’s financial support.

“I waited for all this time to test the facts of this incident at the Criminal Court.

She added:

The spokesman of the Scottish government said: “This was especially a unique and complex example.
“After careful evaluation, the minister decided to award legal support.”
