Delta resumes flights to Israel from Boston and Atlanta: Travel Weekly

Delta Air Lines has set a date for the resumption of its Israel routes from Boston and Atlanta. Three-times-weekly Atlanta-Tel Aviv flights return April 15, and daily Boston-Tel Aviv flights begin October 24.

These two routes, as well as New York-Tel Aviv, were routes to Israel that Delta flew before the start of the Israel-Hamas war in October 2023. Delta resumed service to New York JFK on September 1.

Delta Air Lines is the latest U.S. airline to announce new Tel Aviv plans since the uneasy ceasefire between Israel and Hamas began Oct. 10. American Airlines says it will resume daily New York-Tel Aviv flights on March 31. This route was the only route Americans had flown to Tel Aviv before the war, and no airlines have flown this route since the conflict began.

United will resume flights to Israel from Chicago and Washington Dulles on November 1 and November 2. They will join a United flight from Newark to Israel.

United has not yet announced the return of another pre-war Israeli route from San Francisco.

El Al served several destinations in the United States throughout the war.
