Delta Air Lines plans to operate daily flights between Seattle and Taipei starting June 6.
This route marks Delta’s first flight from the U.S. to the Taiwanese capital. Delta previously flew from Tokyo Narita to Taipei in 2017.
Delta Air Lines operates the Seattle-Taipei route with an Airbus A330-900neo, featuring a main cabin with Delta One, Premium Economy, Comfort+ extra-legroom seating and standard Economy seating.
On this route, it will compete with daily services from Taiwan-based Star Alliance member EVA Air.
Taipei will become Delta's fourth Asian destination from Seattle, following Tokyo Haneda, Shanghai and Seoul.
