Fast tip for busy nights
- Get some staples. Pre -cooked rice, frozen vegetables and crushed cheese can quickly turn one of them into meals.
- If possible, doubles. Stir well like a slider and stir well and eat lunch the next day.
- Choose a shortcut. Reduce preparation time using pre -vegetable vegetables or packaged salad kits.
