DOORDASH pursues dismissal of Uber litigation

DOORDASH asked the California High Court Judge to dismiss the lawsuit filed by a Uber who criticized the food delivery company by threatening the restaurant owner as an exclusive deal.

Doordash argues that Uber’s claim has no advantage of all wires. DOORDASH said in a post on the website on Friday, “Litigation is nothing more than a cynical and calculated cowardly tactic of frustrated competitors trying to avoid real competition. It is a disappointing behavior of a company that is once competing for the advantages of products and innovation.”

DOORDASH added that it would defend “actively” in this article and placed a company that “fierce but fairly competing to provide merchants with excellent value”.

The hearing was held on July 11 at the California High Court in San Francisco County.

Uber filed a lawsuit against DOORDASH in February. DOORDASH, a huge giant giant, which is the largest share of the food delivery market in the United States, is punished for millions of dollars in a restaurant or threatens the removal or relegation of the business location in the DOORDASH app.

Uber responded to the request of Doordash in a statement sent to Techcrunch.

Read a statement published by Uber’s email. “It’s not a competition when the restaurant needs to choose between unfair terms or retaliation. It’s coercion. Uber will continue to clumsy about merchants and levels of stadiums. We look forward to suggesting facts in court.”

Uber requested a jury trial with the original dissatisfaction. The company did not specify the amount of damages to pursue.

Separately, Deliversito suggested that DOORDASH will buy European food delivery companies for $ 3.6 billion.
