Dozens of people died in North Macedonian nightclub fire

At least 51 people were killed and more than 100 people were injured in North Macedonia’s nightclub fires, officials said.

The fireworks started at 03:00 (02:00 GMT) at Pulse Club in Kocani, about 100 km (60 miles), 100 km east of the capital Skopje. The video posted on social media shows that the building is in flame.

1,500 DNK bands, a popular hip -hop duo in this country, are attending a concert.

Pence Toskovski, Minister of Home Affairs, said that the fire began with fireworks caused by fireworks.

He told reporters in front of the Kanni Police Station that he had hit the ceiling made of flammable materials before the fire spread through the club. He said a little arrest was made.

The video shows the bands played on the stage when the two flare is turned off.

Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said in Facebook that the government was “completely mobilized and will do everything necessary to deal with the results and determine the cause of this tragedy.”

He called it a “difficult and sad day” for a country that lost many young people.

Kocani’s hospital first reported 90 hospitalization and suffered a lot of pain. Some of the injured people were taken to Skopje’s hospital for further treatment.
