Easy Mayo Recipe: My Take for Classic

Let’s talk about mayonnaise. The classic and creamy seasonings were loved and disgusted by others. Homemade mayonnaise is definitely my favorite (I have some recipes!). And it is a necessity of the refrigerator that cannot be denied in many homes, but mayonnaise purchased in the store is almost a vegetable oil, one of the few foods that try to avoid completely.

This latest recipe is easy to make and is a high -protein version without wired! I originally found an idea on my friend Bethany’s page (still follow the facial Lilsipper … She is amazing).

Mystery Zero, a refined oil is 0 chances of being separated from zero and sandwich assemblies (because they want a runny nose mayonnaise situation)? This homemade mayonnaise is full of protein and delicious. Besides, if you eat everything? You just got more than 20 grams of protein!

The reason why this homemade mayonnaise recipe is a game changer

The mayonnaise purchased from most stores depends greatly on neutral flavors such as vegetable oil, sunflower oil or canola oil. It may sound like a healthy choice, but often natural nutrients are highly treated and removed. Needless to say, they are filled with omega -6 fatty acids that abandon the delicate balance of the body and contribute to inflammation.

The grocery store has a healthier option to use avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil. But these are especially expensive to our people with hungry teenagers. It is simple and cheap to make your own mayonnaise with clean ingredients.

Solving oil painting problems

This easy handmade mayonnaise doesn’t have to worry about inflammatory oils because it doesn’t have oil. Some people don’t like the stronger taste of olive oil, so using the oil to solve the problem. Instead, it uses hard eggs to use rich and creamy texture and protein boost to provide ordinary mayonnaise. If you add small vinegar, mustard and water, there is a simple and delicious mayonnaise.

My family likes more traditional homemade mayonnaise, but if you make mayonnaise for the first time, it can be tricky to get it correctly. Common mayonnaise relies on the egg yolk from the room temperature and the emulsion with the oil in the food processor or stick blender/ immersive blender. And when your emulsion breaks, you’ll have a broken mayonnaise and a mess.

This recipe uses the entire egg and does not require emulsification. So if you don’t worry anymore, you have the easiest homemade mayonnaise recipe here.

The easiest 3-mediation handmade mayonnaise recipe

A simple homemade mayonnaise recipe that uses only three ingredients. If the protein is high and you already use boiled eggs, you can make it quickly!

  • 6 Hard egg
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar (I use white vinegar, but the apple cider vinegar works)
  • 1 TSP Spicy brown mustard (Or ½ tsp mustard powder)
  • cup water (Adjust to suit your desired consistency)
  • Sea salt (taste)
  • Start by boiling eggs. You can do this in a classic manner and boil for about 10-12 minutes. Or use an instant pot, cook at height for 5 minutes, and cook with a quick release. Once completed, peel the eggs and keep it separately.

  • Would you like to start all the ingredients in a blender? Add water cups to get the desired consistency and add more as needed.

  • Mix everything for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes smooth and cream. Mayonnaise starts to thicken when mixed.

  • Taste and adjust seasonings as you want. Add now to add a ranch or other herbs. I even added Pamasan, anchovies and worchers to make a nice Caesar dressing.

Make mayonnaise more delicious

You can also show creativity with this mayonnaise. Do you want to decorate things? Add ranch seasonings, French onion seasonings or favorite flavor blends to create custom dip or sauce.

You can also switch the material. I like spicy brown mustard, but yellow mustard or dijon must also work. Or use apple vinegar, white wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice instead of white vinegar. Add a spicy kick with a slightly added sriracha.

Easily change things, add things, or simply keep them with only three ingredients.

How to use this easy mayonnaise recipe

We don’t eat a lot of sandwiches around here, but there are still many ways to use homemade mayonnaise. Use thin with some water or milk and use it as a salad dressing. Mix and mix chopped garlic to create Aioli source. Of course, there are always classic egg salads, chicken salads or potato salads.
