Envi Lodges plans new property on Paje Beach, Zanzibar: Travel Weekly

Envi Lodges, a hotel group specializing in eco-friendly, nature-based accommodation, will open ENVI Paje on Paje Beach in Zanzibar in June. The launch marks the brand’s third property in Tanzania and expands its presence in East Africa.

Located on the island’s southeast coast, Envi Paje will offer 22 private villas built incorporating sustainable materials and local craftsmanship. Each villa has a private terrace, and some offer a semi-outdoor pool and direct views of the Indian Ocean.

The property focuses on wellness-focused experiences, offering guests activities such as beachfront yoga, spa treatments, and healthy dining options. A mixology bar dedicated to watersports, including kitesurfing, known as Paje Beach, is also available. This resort will offer a selection of experiences for travelers interested in exploring Zanzibar’s cultural and natural environment.

Envi Lodges says the opening supports its commitment to sustainability and local engagement by sourcing and collaborating with Zanzibar-based artisans and suppliers.

Accommodation reservations are available from June 1st. For more information, visit enilodges.com/paje.
