I want to drink something warm and fill my house with a cozy incense. This season, we feel nostalgic with crispy in the crispy morning, crispy leaves. I like to spread the essential oils of the house frequently and to take out the warming and seasonal oil of the year.
They not only invite the smell of home, but also have strong moods and immune support benefits.
Why do you spread essential oils in the fall?
Aromatherapy does not make the smell of the house nicely (although it is a big privilege). Breathe essential oils also supports moods, energy and immune systems. Certain oils, such as cinnamon and cloves, provide a cozy ground and provide antibacterial characteristics. Citrus oils like Orange or Bergamut add brightness on dark days. Tree oils such as Cedarwood or Sandalwood are grounded and calm.
Proliferation is also a safer option than air cleaners and some candles, and often contains synthetic perfumes. But I finally found my favorite amazing smell of intense beeswax candles! Spreading is an easy way to make the air fresh and get the health benefits of essential oils and get the benefits of the oil itself.
In other words, safety is important. Essential oils are powerful and not suitable for all situations. Do not place a diffuser next to children or pets in a small room and do not keep running all day. It is also important to keep the diffuser from reaching the small hand (or curious feet).
Another way to spread
There are many ways to enjoy the diffuser blend and you can choose the best thing for the space.
- Electrical spreader: My favorite diffuser uses water and ultrasound vibration to disperse the microgue of essential oils. I sometimes use a sprayer diffuser when I want something more powerful. You can read various diffuser types and my top selection.
- DIY lead diffuserIf you want a simple and decorative thing, the lead diffuser is a great option. The fragrance is subtle than a diffuser with a fog, but it adds beauty to the room. I like to keep one at the desk for the soft fragrance that is not overwhelming.
- Room sprayAnother easy way to enjoy autumn blends is in homemade spray. A few drops of essential oils (alcohol or witch hazel cancer) in the water creates a refreshing natural air cleaner. Suitable for bathrooms, rooms or linen sprays.
Faster
I want to smell delicious with the diffuser, but don’t you want to mix yourself? One of my favorite essential oil companies is a delicious mix in autumn, including apple cider, pumpkin spice and maple bars. Check the seasonal blends of plant therapy here and here.
You can also find essential oils of all quality needed to create these autumn mixes (and other).
