The Australian authorities euthanize about 90 false killer whales who survived large quantities on Tasmania’s secluded beaches.
The expert team on this site made it impossible to save because of complex conditions.
They are part of 157 whales in the beach near the Arthur River on the northwest of the island. The rest died soon after strands.
Tasmania has seen a series of mass strands in recent years, including the worst of the country in 2020, but false murderers have not been stranded for 50 years.
False killer whales are technically one of the world’s largest dolphin species, such as Orca names. It grows up to 6m (19 feet) and weighs 1.5 tons.
Wednesdays said that Ford was stranded on -site for 24 to 48 hours, and surviving animals were already stressed.
Jocelyn Flint, a local resident, said that Australian broadcasters traveled to the scene on Wednesday morning after discovering Ford during shark fishing on Wednesday morning.
“There is a baby … I have a family. Their eyes are open, and they are looking at me like ‘help’.”
“It’s absolutely terrible.”
Marine biologist Kris Carlyon spoke to the media.
“This is probably the most tricky position I’ve seen in 16 years in Tasmania,” he said.
“We are talking about a very rough and steep single lane road as a site. We can get a four -wheel drive there, but not much.”
The rough conditions were impossible to turn the animal to the sea in a stranded position, so the expert team tried to relocate and reflect two, but failed.
Shelley Graham said in Tasmania’s parks and wild biology services, “Animals cannot go through rest to get off.”
Similar experts on the next two days of the next two days, the “rough” and “face” decision to euthanize the remaining whales.
Dr. Carlyon said, “The longer these animals, the longer they are suffering. All alternative options have failed and euthanasia is always the last means.
The cruel task associated with shooting animals is expected to begin on Wednesday, but it continues on Thursday.
