The three judges’ appeal bench ruled on Monday, and Kuz made a ruling because there was no objective crime that suggested false evidence.
Kurtz talked with reporters outside the court on Monday, saying that for several years, the complaints were “all collapsed.”
“There were a lot of court hearings. There was a large amount of confrontation of this accusation. You all witnessed how much this was and now that it is all destroyed.”
He also denied a mistake in investigating corruption.
The prosecution has not yet decided whether to claim him for claiming that he will pay for a favorable media reporting cost and exaggerate the support for the survey.
Kurtz has not yet expressed his intention to return to politics.
