Tips for the Best Yogurt Popsicles
Use full-fat or Greek yogurt
Greek yogurt creates a creamy texture and adds protein. Full-fat yogurt helps prevent ice popsicles.
A little sweeter than you think
Frozen foods tend to be less sweet, so the mixture should taste slightly sweeter before freezing.
Press granola into yogurt
This will help the granola stick to the popsicle rather than fall off when unmolded.
Do not overfill the mold
The mixture will expand slightly as it freezes, so leave some space at the top.
Use finely chopped fruit
Large pieces of fruit can freeze very hard, so smaller pieces or purees are best for children.
