How to prepare a baked oyster in a half shell with garlic butter and parmesan cheese for the best and nutritious dinner or appetizers!

My husband and I have enjoyed the summer vacation as Amelia Island, Florida.
The delicious highlights of the trip were Salty Pelican’s meals, and we festivals the best oysters of half shells I tasted!
From Florida, I have literally eaten and cooked oysters in dozens of restaurants for many years. I also lucky to sam oysters around the world with the largest oysters in the restaurant along Australia’s Great Ocean Road.
But this special dish was so good that I motivated me to learn how to make them at home!
We ordered the “original” oysters baked on the red pepper garlic butter with pamasan cheese.
Below is a recipe I made at home and replicates this amazing dish.
The biggest challenge is to find a place that provides fresh oysters! It is worth searching. 🙂 You can be sure
Preparation tips
If you don’t know the oysters to buy, six oysters and three oysters are suggested per child under 12 years of age.
If the source source is small, increase the number per person in half, so buy the right amount.
Personally, I don’t like to eat the leftovers of Oyster. Each fresh oysters are $ 1-1.50 where I live, which is a very cheap and high quality nutrient density protein.
I recommend eating oysters once or twice a week. They are sacred traditional foods, one of the most nutrient density on Earth! For example, six middle caves contain the following nutrients:
- zinc: 16–25.5 mg (145–230% RDA)
- selenium: About 48–75 MCG (87–136% RDA)
- copper: 1.2–2.4 mg (133–267% RDA)
- Vitamin B12: About 12-20 MCG (500–830% RDA)
We offer oysters with handmade honey dijon mustard dressing.
If you don’t have grains like my husband, enjoy the baked oysters in a half shell with a fork. I like to put each oyster in a bite -sized garlic yeast toast.
*Subsequent peppers can be purchased in most supermarkets in the refrigeration area near the pickle.

guideline
-
If your fish Monger hasn’t done it for you yet, shuck oysters.
-
Place the oysters in a baking pan and put it back in the refrigerator until the refrigerator is ready. Oven broiler preheat.
-
Soft the butter with low heat in a small fan of the stove top. When it melts enough, remove the fan from the heat and stir the steel sheet red pepper and garlic powder.
-
Remove the oyster fans from the refrigerator and sprinkle the dribble each with the red pepper garlic butter (about 1 tsp per oyster).
-
Put each butter oyster with Pamasan Cheese. Use a lot or a little for your personal taste.
-
Place the fan on the rack in the center of the oven and is not too close to the broiler. Burn for 5 minutes.
-
When the Pamasan is slightly brown, remove the fan immediately from the oven.
-
Enjoy the oysters immediately with their own or garlic toast pieces.
-
Refrigerate the remaining food in a glass with a solid lid for 1-2 days (perhaps!).
