Starting today, July 26th at 1pm, participating Wireless Zone and TCC Verizon stores will be giving away free backpacks in the Verizon Wireless Zone School Rocks Backpack Giveaway to help kids get ready for the new school year!
Even better, 48 lucky backpack recipients will find a golden ruler keychain inside their backpack and receive $250 to spend on school supplies!
No purchase is required, but your child must be present to receive a backpack. Backpacks are available while supplies last and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early if possible.
Not all Verizon stores participate, so be sure to check before visiting! Participating locations can be found by visiting the TCC and Wireless Zone websites and selecting the “Backpack Giveaway” filter.
Butt end: If you can’t attend one of these giveaways, check out local back-to-school events on Facebook. Many communities host free backpack giveaways throughout July and August, and some even include school supplies and hygiene products. This is a great way to help stretch your back-to-school budget! 💙
