The appointment itself is via Zoom, making it super easy and convenient (just know that you must be with your pet on the Zoom call). Soon after, your veterinarian sends you a detailed treatment plan with personalized recommendations, including over-the-counter options for things like allergies. I liked that there was no pressure or hard sell on anything and the vet was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!
It was really convenient that if I needed a prescription, the doctor would add it to my shopping cart. Delivery takes about a week, so if you need it quickly, you can choose expedited delivery. I could have talked to that vet for hours! It was a really great experience! As a first-time dog owner, I wanted to have Dutch the day I brought him home.
